Application forms for the ETTA Coach Licence can be downloaded here, or for a pdf version click here. Please note that both sides of the application form MUST be completed by applicants, if the entire form is not complete it will delay the application process and forms will be returned to applicants.
In order to become licensed ALL coaches must have a valid and current (within 3 years) CRB (obtained via the ETTA) and a valid coaching qualification (ETTA Level 2-4 or UKCC endorsed Level 1-4).
Any newly qualified coach (UKCC Level 1 only) will receive a complimentary ETTA Coach Licence until the next renewal period. All coach licences must be renewed annually by November 15th.
